We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1PM GMT on the same working day
A select few items may have a longer lead time as they may be specially ordered from our manufacturers– these items are not available for same day dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We can accept orders from most countries. Please note that delivery charges and VAT rates will vary according to each destination countries.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

TRACKING

If the item is sent via courier you will receive a tracking number in order to trace your parcel.


ITEM NOT RECEIVED

Should your order not arrive in the delivery time stated, please contact us so we can resolve any issue.

TRANSIT DAMAGE

If upon delivery the item is damaged, you can refuse delivery. In all cases if the parcel is damaged and if you choose to accept it please sign for the item as damaged and report to us as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@daycen.com.
